Experience creative dishes, utilizing innovative and classic techniques from an open kitchen located directly in the dining room. An optional wine pairing draws from the thoughtful beverage selection ranging from Northwest, to sparkling, and seafood friendly white and red wines from around the globe. Captain & Corset also features a fine selection of  beer, and specialty wine cocktails.
